ACCESS TO DANCE
SYNAESTHETIX #1
As part of the ACCESS TO DANCE program, JOINT ADVENTURES showcases every year current positions from the fields of dance and performance that seek dialogue with other disciplines. This year, the Munich-based organizer is launching a new event format entitled SYNAESTHETIX, which blends movement, music, sounds, video and live-generated visuals to create immersive experiences for all the senses.
TANZWERKSTATT EUROPA 2024
From July 30 to August 9, 2024, Munich was once again transformed into a dance hotspot. The program included 9 international productions, including a world premiere, a premiere in a German-speaking country, two German premieres and a restaging for Munich. In addition, there were discourse events and top-class workshops that enabled participants to explore artistic issues in greater depth and try out their dancing skills.
SEDA – Salavisa European Dance Award
From 2024, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, together with JOINT ADVENTURES and other international partner institutions, will award a new European dance prize.
