Check-in for the courses takes place at the workshop desk before each course unit. Please show your confirmation of participation every morning without being asked. The lecturers do not run registration lists.

Participation in all the workshops of TANZWERKSTATT EUROPA is only possible with a valid course card! These will be sent out digitally in due time before the start and only after successful registration.

Single course cards are only available for the first 2 course days at the workshop desk in the studios and must be paid for in cash. They entitle the holder to participate in one course unit. This only applies if there are still places available and the course instructor has given his/her consent. No registration fee is due.

If you wish to purchase a single course card for the 2nd day, you must also have attended the course on the 1st day. If the entire workshop is booked after attending a single course unit, the price of the single course card can be deducted from the workshop fee. In addition, the registration fee is charged when booking the entire workshop.

The discounts apply equally to professionals and amateurs. They are independent of the early bird rate, cannot be applied to single course cards and can only be redeemed per booking process before the start of the workshops. This means that you receive a discount if you book 2, 3 or more workshops at once. The registration fee must be paid once after the early bird rate expires on June 10, 2026, regardless of the number of courses booked.

Beginners – No previous experience necessary

Advanced – Amateurs with at least 3 years of experience in the technique of the corresponding course

Advanced Plus – Dancers with a solid foundation of knowledge or movement experience who have been actively dancing for at least 10 consecutive years, or professional dancers with no prior experience in the course’s technique

Professionals – Professional dancers/performers or dance students from a recognized training institution from the 3rd year of training onwards

The course levels are to be understood as minimum requirements.

If you book a workshop until or on June 10, 2026 you don‘t have to pay the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration by July 7, 2026, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee. A processing fee of 50 EUR will apply.

If you cancel by July 21, 2026, we will refund 50% of the course fee. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged.

In the event of a verified illness lasting the entire duration of the workshop, we will refund 100% of the course fee up to and including July 21, 2026. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged. Please submit a medical certificate to us without being asked.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible after July 21, 2026.

Any expenses incurred in connection with attending the workshop (travel, accommodation costs, etc.) cannot be reimbursed. JOINT ADVENTURES – Walter Heun recommends purchasing seminar and travel cancellation insurance.

Each participant must assess for themselves which course level and which exercises they are capable of performing. Participation in the workshop program is at your own risk. JOINT ADVENTURES – Walter Heun assumes no liability.
