Roser López Espinosa’s work captivates audiences with its powerful physicality, great precision, and a poetic, playful movement language that blends acrobatic elements, sensitivity, and subtle humor. Collaboration, creativity, and physical dynamism are at the heart of her work.

The workshop invites participants to explore the body as a versatile, creative instrument. Through the focus on spinal mobility (spirals, twists, undulations, and flowing movement sequences) and subtle coordinations, new physical possibilities open up to foster expressiveness and fluidity of movement. Floor work and simple acrobatic sequences support a conscious and functional interplay between anatomy and movement.

Working together in pairs and groups, participants also explore weight exchange, partnering, and spatial movement dynamics. Step by step, more complex physical interactions emerge, strengthening attention, trust, and teamwork. Precision, a joy of movement, and physical imagination make this workshop an intense and inspiring movement experience.

Roser López Espinosa studied at the Amsterdam University of the Arts and also trained in Olympic artistic gymnastics in Barcelona. As a dancer, she has collaborated with renowned choreographers and artists such as Àngels Margarit, Cesc Gelabert, and Katie Duck.
