Discover a new dimension of movement, perception, and collaboration.
In this workshop, you will develop a sustainable, hybrid movement practice that strengthens both body and mind. Two research approaches that are closely interwoven will open up new ways for you to move, react, and express yourself creatively.
In the first part, you will sharpen your physical intelligence by combining athletic, somatic, and artistic practices. Through Microbatics, focusing on small, subtle, and efficient acrobatic variations rather than large, high-power moves, improvisation, playful exercises, and dynamic movement, you will refine your strength, agility, flexibility, and elasticity. At the same time, you will learn to focus your attention, develop mental clarity, and act from a stable, grounded perspective.
The second part focuses on exploration and collaboration. You will explore acrobatic forms, improvisational structures, and partner work – and discover how connections arise: through presence, perception, and shared space. How do we react to being seen? How do we engage through movement? Here, new impulses for authentic interaction and creative expression emerge.
The “Advanced Plus” course focuses not on learning, but on refining. Here, you will develop independence, sharpen your compositional precision, and translate the tools you have learned into a distinctive, personal movement language. How does your training influence your artistic style, your performance, and your creative decision-making? This is exactly where the work begins. This workshop is not only for performing artists, but for anyone who wants to understand movement as a form of expression. You will explore how form, sensation, and intention can be combined into a living, coherent language – authentic, powerful, and individual.
For professionals, the workshop offers the opportunity to deepen technical precision, expand one’s own movement repertoire, and integrate fresh ideas directly into existing practice. An intensive experience for anyone who wants to not only perform movement but truly understand and shape it.
