“If you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.” – Moshe Feldenkrais

Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-84), the founder of the method named after him, was a nuclear physicist and researched human neurophysiology and movement mechanics.

The Feldenkrais Method stimulates a comprehensive development process. It is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their personal quality of life and choose a physical approach.

Under the gentle guidance of Sabine Haß-Zimmermann, participants explore how they move without effort and with focused attention. Consciously sensing subtle differences enables them to recognize ingrained patterns and find alternatives. They learn to move more easily, functionally, harmoniously and elegantly, thereby expanding their personal scope of action. In this way, the Feldenkrais method opens up paths to a more conscious way of dealing with oneself and to more flexibility in thinking, feeling and acting.

Sabine studied dance, Contact Improvisation, acrobatics, singing and acting in Munich and New York. She has had numerous international guest performances, worked artistically with Micha Purucker for many years and is a member of Tanztendenz München e.V. She completed her Feldenkrais training in Heidelberg, where she subsequently taught in various training programs. Sabine has been teaching contemporary dance and the Feldenkrais Method for 30 years.

Participation in the workshop is possible in only one of the two weeks or in both consecutive weeks.
